Mallory Goddard
Primary Teacher

I am a Montessori-certified early childhood educator with a lifelong connection to Montessori education.

As a former Montessori student, I experienced firsthand how this approach nurtures curiosity, creativity, and a genuine love of learning—qualities I strive to foster in my own classroom every day. I began my career at Montessori in Motion, where I grew from an Infant Teacher Assistant to a Primary Lead Teacher over the course of four years.

Since then, I’ve expanded my experience in both Montessori and nature-based education.

At Harbor Montessori School, I worked with children in early childhood and lower elementary

classrooms, helping them grow in confidence and academic skills.

I also founded Camp Earthworms, a nonprofit outdoor summer program for preschoolers, where I design nature-based curriculum and lead immersive outdoor learning experiences.

I am passionate about creating environments where children can thrive as capable, confident, and joyful learners, and I bring warmth, creativity, and deep respect for the Montessori philosophy to my work each day. Outside the classroom, I love spending time outdoors, going on adventures, baking treats to share, and experimenting with art projects.
