Enrichment Classes

ART
The art enrichment program builds on the art experiences that are available in the classroom. Art history, art appre-ciation, and specific skills are all part of this program. A multitude of media are explored for the budding artists at MIM.
 
FOREIGN LANGUAGE
Buon Giorno! Bom Dia! Children at MIM enjoy being exposed to two foreign languages and learning about the cultures of Italy and Portugal as an extension of their geography studies. The lessons presented are age appro-priate and engaging for all.
 
MUSIC
Ask any Kindergarten child if she can sing, and the answer will be a resounding, “Yes!” We encourage this can-do attitude all through the grades and also give the children an opportunity to perform for their parents and friends.
 
PHYSICAL EDUCATION
While the younger children are learning how to hop, skip, and throw and catch a ball, the older children are playing organized games. Because the children are divided into small groups, individual instruction and help are possible.
